My wife and I have used Andrew and Janine to sell and buy two properties as we moved up the ladder. The first time we were told by other realtors that our townhome was a very tough sell, and in fact our first realtor bailed on us completely! Hudson home team came on board and had our asking price in three days.
They sold our second property during the worst part of the recession in the worst time of year for almost the asking price...I was stunned. They coached us through the purchase of the third home and we got the house WELL below assessment. Even when we weren't really looking they always kept in touch and informed us about properties coming on the market. The nicest and most pro people you'll ever meet in real estate. First-Time Buyers..
My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were initially apprehensive of purchasing a home in Vancouver. We were concerned with quality of homes on the market, price vs. value; are we going to get ripped off and buy crap that is due for an expensive assessment 2 years later?
Andrew and Janine worked tirelessly for us in researching and visiting open houses (sometimes before they were accessible to the public due to Janine's power of persuasion), property histories and possible upcoming assessments. If I ever had a question about a property....Janine would either answer the phone immediately or would respond to my message within mere minutes. I like that. They treat people as they would like to be treated.
They make you feel like you are their only client. It impressed me because I knew they were working for ME...not purely for a commission.
