| Biography
Janine Hudson
Janine Hudson was born in Nanaimo B.C. and has lived in Metro Vancouver since Art Phillips was Mayor.
Having lived everywhere from Kerrisdale to Port Moody, Point Grey to Fairview and Kitsilano to Surrey(with stints in Europe and almost 2 years in Toronto); Janine loves this region with a passion and fervent belief that it is truly the best place on Earth to live. Like most everyone, Janine would like fewer gray and rainy days in the winter, but that’s part of West Coast Life. Janine is a fourth generation British Columbian. This is her home.
Armed with a BFA in Theatre from the University of British Columbia, Janine traveled extensively through Europe and the Middle East. Once back, and a couple of more years at UBC, Janine came to realize true joy came from the work that had put her through school; working with people. Gaining invaluable customer-service skills that can only be learned through such top-tier companies as the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Janine uses those skills to the benefit of her clients. The first, taken from the Four Seasons Hotel Group:

The second was a quote by famed architect and designer Ludwig Mies van der Rohe:
“God is in the details”.
The details are what separate levels of success.
When not taking care of the Real Estate needs of others, Janine takes care of the needs of her husband and business partner, Andrew, their two spectacular young boys and their sweet and gallant Brittany, Memphis.
Janine’s community involvement has included rescue work with the Vancouver City Pound, the Vancouver SPCA and co-creating the original “An Evening with Diana Krall” fundraising events for the Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant Program at VGH.
Andrew Hudson
Andrew Hudson was born and raised in Toronto, ON and has lived in Metro Vancouver since Gordon Campbell was Mayor.
Andrew was recognized with a ‘Top Salesman” Award by The Toronto Starat the age of 10. Although the memories are a bit cloudy, Andrew credits his success to his passion for working for and with people. The people passion was responsible for drawing Andrew to Toronto’s thriving Hospitality Industry where he learned the principles of service. Supplemented by a continued Marketing education from Ryerson University, Andrew embarked on a sales career in contract furnishings that introduced him to a more complex and higher level of sales expertise.
In the early 90’s, the west called, Andrew answered.
Upon arrival in Vancouver, Andrew reverted to the comforts of the hospitality industry. In retrospect, Andrew considered this to have been a prudent choice since, only months later, Andrew met the lovely Janine.
Alongside Janine, Andrew has been involved with various charities, overseeing the raising of their two spectacular boys and the unfaltering companionship of Memphis, the Brittany.
Together Janine and Andrew have created HudsonHomeTeam as a unique Real Estate service offering top end attention to detail with beyond expectation delivery. |
